3 Easy Steps To Automatic Email Encryption

Step 1(1)

1. Compose Email in Outlook

Compose your email as you normally would in the Outlook email client on your Windows PC and click Send.

Step 2(1)

2. Confirm with Encryption Prompt

When prompted if you wish to send the email with encryption, click Yes. The default setting is to prompt and to encrypt the attachments-only converted to PDF, but this can be easily changed.

Step 3(3)

3. Email Sent Encrypted to Recipient(s)

The email attachment(s) are sent using strong encryption (256-bit) as standard PDF or inside a secure PDF envelope containing attachment files(s) inside of it and the recipient will receive a separate email (or SMS) with the password to open the encrypted PDF file(s).
